At https://absolutecomps.co.uk/ our competitions are meant to be fun. We want everyone to take part in a way that stays enjoyable and within their means, and we take responsible participation seriously.

18+ only

You must be 18 or over to enter any competition on this site. We may ask you to verify your age, and we will cancel entries from anyone under 18.

Play within your means

Only spend what you are comfortable spending regardless of the outcome. We suggest you:

• Set yourself a budget and stick to it

• Treat any prize as a bonus, never an expected return

• Never chase spending by entering more to try to win it back

• Take a break if entering stops feeling fun

Know the odds

Every competition shows the total number of tickets and the ticket price, so you can see your chances before you enter. If 1,000 tickets are available and you buy one, your chance of winning the main draw is 1 in 1,000.

Recognising a problem

If you are spending more than you planned, hiding how much you spend, or feeling anxious about competitions, it may be time to step back. Free, confidential support is available:

• National Gambling Helpline (GamCare) — gamcare.org.uk — free on 0808 8020 133, 24/7

• BeGambleAware — begambleaware.org

• Gambling Therapy — gamblingtherapy.org

Self-exclusion

If you would like to restrict or pause your participation with us, contact us at help@absolutecomps.co.uk and we will help. We treat these requests confidentially and act on them promptly.
